Frequently Asked

Questions we hear every week.

Straight answers about where we fly, what we shoot, and how we make the impossible captures happen. Don't see your question? Call 888-410-FOLD.

Where do you operate?

Anywhere in the United States — and Canada too. Boston is our home base and we run daily shoots throughout New England, but we regularly deploy across all 50 states and into Canadian markets. If your property is on this continent, we can get there. For portfolio work we routinely schedule multi-city, multi-state swings so a single producer manages the entire capture.

Can you fly there? What about restricted airspace?

Yes — most likely, even when other providers said it was impossible. We have an extensive history working directly with the FAA to secure LAANC authorizations, Part 107 waivers, and special airspace approvals that most operators never even attempt. We have captured projects along major airport runways, in downtown Washington D.C. restricted airspace, over stadiums, and at other locations widely considered "no-fly." Send us the address — we will tell you honestly what is possible and how long the approval will take.

What do you offer?

Literally everything a commercial property project needs, visually. Aerial drone photography and 4K video, HDR interior and exterior photography, cinematic ground video, Matterport 3D walkthroughs, schematic floor plans, orthomosaic site maps, virtual staging, twilight conversions, fully produced marketing videos, offering memorandum imagery, construction progress documentation, facade inspections, cut-and-fill analysis, BIM coordination captures, and due diligence inspection packages. One call, one producer, every deliverable.

Can you handle a large portfolio?

From a single property to nationwide portfolios of hundreds of properties. We have delivered portfolios ranging from 12 to over 200 assets across 30+ states. One point of contact, consistent visual style across every site, standardized deliverables, and rates and turnaround times that are genuinely unmatched at portfolio scale.

How fast can you get on site?

For Boston and New England, often next-day — sometimes same-day for urgent requests. Nationwide, typically within 48–72 hours depending on airspace approvals. We also offer a dedicated 24-hour urgent service for time-critical captures.

What is your typical turnaround for deliverables?

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the shoot date for final edited files. Rush delivery can be turned around within hours when the deadline demands it. Portfolio work is scheduled with agreed milestones so marketing teams always know when the next batch lands.

Do you shoot interiors and construction sites, not just aerials?

Yes. We started in aerial ("High in the Sky") and evolved into a full-service commercial media company. Interior HDR photography, 3D scans, construction progress documentation, facade and roof inspections, and cinematic video are core services — not add-ons.

What industries do you serve?

Commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial, multifamily), construction and development, logistics and warehousing, hospitality, marketing agencies, architects, general contractors, and property owners/operators managing large portfolios.

Are you licensed and insured?

Every pilot is FAA Part 107 certified, and we carry full commercial liability and drone insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request and we are approved vendors on most major GC and REIT insurance portals.
