Join our nationwide capture team.
Tenfold Capture runs an extensive network of drone pilots, real estate photographers, and Matterport techs across the country — shooting industrial portfolios, retail centers, multifamily, and construction progress for national clients. We're always adding reliable operators in new markets. Steady work, clear shot lists, fast pay.
Who we hire
Tenfold Capture contracts independent drone pilots and real estate photographers nationwide to cover commercial portfolios for owners, developers, brokers and operators. If you shoot property well and deliver on deadline, we want your market.
FAA Part 107 drone pilots
Aerial stills and video of industrial, retail, office and multifamily assets. You handle LAANC authorizations in your airspace and fly a Mavic 3 / Air 3 class drone or better.
Commercial real estate photographers
Exterior and interior property photography with proper verticals, bracketing and clean lighting. Full-frame body, wide or tilt-shift glass, tripod.
Matterport & 3D tour techs
Matterport or 360 scanning for office, retail, industrial and multifamily spaces, plus floorplan-ready capture on larger sites.

Your gear, your schedule inside the delivery window. Most assignments are a single site visit of 1–3 hours.

Questions from pilots & photographers
- Do I need an FAA Part 107 license to fly for Tenfold?
- Yes. All drone work for Tenfold Capture is commercial, so you must hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and be able to handle airspace authorizations (LAANC) in your market.
- Do I need my own drone and camera gear?
- Yes. Contractors supply their own equipment. Most of our pilots fly a DJI Mavic 3 / Air 3 class drone or better, and ground shooters use a full-frame body with a wide tilt-shift or 16-35mm lens plus a tripod.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Assignments are paid per shoot at an agreed rate quoted before you accept. Invoices are paid quickly after delivered files pass review — no long net-60 waits.
- Which markets are you hiring in?
- Every major U.S. metro. We shoot industrial, retail, office, multifamily and construction portfolios nationwide, so we are always adding reliable operators in new markets — including secondary and rural areas near major corridors.
- What kind of work will I be shooting?
- Aerial drone photos and video, exterior and interior real estate photography, Matterport and 360 3D tours, and recurring construction progress captures. Every assignment ships with a clear shot list and delivery deadline.
- Is this full-time employment?
- No — these are independent contractor assignments. Most of our photographers and pilots run their own business and take Tenfold work alongside it.
